Audi A4

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 466,708 km, about 1.6 times what a 20-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 89,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 378,000 km.
• An older car: 20 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

3 Audi A4s from 2005 to 2007, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,000 to €1,800, with about 378,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 1 of the 3. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
